  Booking and cancellation terms

During booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount is required.

Availability confirmation by the guesthouse for a specific date is not considered to be a reservation; to validate and finalise the booking, an advance deposit must be paid before the deadline, which is defined by the reservation manager.

In case the deadline has passed and the deposit has not been paid, the reservation may be cancelled.

As the guesthouse has a limited number of rooms, we are forced to keep a legal & strict cancellation policy.
   - Written cancellation more than 21 days before arrival, full refund.
   - Written cancellation between 7 and 21 days before arrival, the deposit is withheld.
   - Written cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no-show (without prior notice), the full amount (100%) is withheld.

In case of early departure, the customer is charged 50% of the remaining time (article 3 Act 1652/30-10-1986).

Late departure before 18:00 occurs a 50% charge of the daily fee.

Check-in time 14:00.

Check-out time 12:00.

Breakfast is included in the price.

Pets are not allowed.

Continuous period of operation.

High season from 01/01/2013 to 31/12/2013.

Public holidays - Festivities:
     - 15-day period during Christmas
     - 3-day period during the Carnival
     - 3-day period during the public holiday on 25 March
     - 4-day period during Easter
     - 3-day period during the Holy Spirit holiday
     - 3-day period during the holiday on 15 August
     - 3-day period during the public holiday on 28 October
